The food options are plentiful and delicious, had a great stay and would recommend to everyone.

Very spacious, clean and well-equipped apartment, serviced every day. In a good location, near to metro, buses and shops.

The fact that reception was only a man at the end of a mobile phone - one of our 2 key cards failed to work, if the other had also failed when we returned at night it could have been a problem to try and get someone to let us in. I think you need to improve the reception aspect of the accommodation.

everything was great, personnel was friendly. we booked apartment, it had basic facilities you could ask for: an electric kettle, a refrigerator and a microwave oven. the bed was exceptionally comfortable and we had a nice bathroom. the fact that encants tube station was some 5 minutes away was a plus.

The spacious rooms with a large kitchen were fantastic, and our overall experience was excellent.

The apartment was perfect. We stayed in a 4 person apartment with 2 people, so we had enough space. A balcony with sun in the afternoon. We stayed on the quite backside of the building, which I can recommend. They even clean the apartment every day and you get clean towels. Both the train/metro station 'clot' as well as 'encants' is within 5 min walking. A supermarket and a bakery near station encants. Within 10 min. You are everywhere in the city. Tip: buy a t10 card for the public transport, this is a 10 ride card which costs only 7,50.

The only thing I can think about is that the kitchen supply is a bit minimal. There are enough plates and cutlery, but there is only one big wooden spoon and 2 proper knifes. One pan, one saucepan and one frying pan. Tip for the owner: place some soft things underneed the chairs. This will prevent some annoyance when other people in the building replace the chairs.

Apartment is nice and clean. Reception people are kind and helpful.

Kitchen material is not enough, my only option to make a coffee was a saucepan. No kettle as well. I wished there were small amounts of salt and pepper because they are not sold in small amounts. I bought a 1 kg package of salt, used 10 gr or so and left the package. Reception is available only at working hours. When I arrived I searched the whole building to find someone to help me. this was not a nice start. I guess this is not about the reception people, but a management problem.

The room was impressive and the bathroom was clean, my wife loved the spacious bed where we slept comfortably.

The apartment was lovely, modern, and very clean. Had everything we needed for a 2 nite stay. Very comfortable.

Neighborhood isn't that great - somewhat far from Barcelona center, and not as close to Sagrada Familia as I'd hoped. More over, it was simply hard to find reasonably nice places to eat and shop. I knew we were off the beaten path, and apt. is very nice - much nicer than I could of afforded in city center area, but though I loved apt., location is important.

The apartment was brand-new with all facilities. An electric kettle, a refrigerator and a microwave were a bonus👍

The staff here were incredibly helpful, and the room was spacious and new with 2 comfortable beds, allowing for a great night's rest.

The apartments were modern, very clean and perfect for a family with young kid. We only stayed one day in Barcelona and liked the location of the apartments. It is located only 5 minute walk to the metro El Clot station which happens to be a great connection (no transfer required) point to the airport. Trains to the airport run every 30 minutes or so and take only 25 minuted to get to the airport. The apartments are also located just 1 km from Segrada Familia and Torre Agbar‎.

Words of caution. There is no reception at this apartment. Expect to wait 10 minutes for someone to arrive to hand over the keys. Not a big deal but it will make a difference if you are in a hurry. Also, take note that El Clot metro station does not have any elevators, so expect some lifting:( It would also be nice to have a wifi connection at the apartment.

We were upgraded to a two bedroom apartment at no extra cost, which was great. The apartment was well located, close to bus and rail transport, but on a very busy road. Blackout curtains and roll-down screen security were appreciated. Plenty of cupboard space, but be prepared to bring your own basic stuff such as salt, pepper and sugar. Huge fridge, much bigger than was required. Everything was in good repair. We were at the back, which was quiet. Our friends in the front apartment said it was noisy at night, but the double glazing helped. The two reception people we met had very good English, which is not all that common in Spain. Very close to a funky cafe strip.

The reception staff were conspicuous by their absence but were able to be contacted by phone. We had to ask for a second room/front door key, which should have been provided automatically at check-in. Without a second key it's not possible to go to the shop without taking the room key and thus turning off all the lights, because the street door also is always locked. We had to ask for a corkscrew, which was provided speedily. All in all, we had few complaints, and would go there again.

Convenient check-in machine, quiet and comfortable beds, clean kitchen and toilet. Recommend this place! Close to shopping area and supermarket. Perfect location for airport and Sagrada Familia. Spacious and quiet apartment. receptionist fixed reservation issue promptly. Great stay!
